About Me.

Hello! I'm Dr. Kelsie Hendrickson, a licensed psychologist in Twin Falls, Idaho. My practice serves clients who are ready to see results. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and related concerns. I have 12 years of experience in the mental health field.

I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. I continued my journey at Idaho State University and earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I completed my clinical internship at Children's Mercy Hospital (Kansas City, MO) and a two-year fellowship at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (San Antonio, TX). I also participated in professional, consultative programs through the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. In 2017, I returned to Idaho to serve my family's community and fill the need of those experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

I received board certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). Board certification is a rigorous process and signifies high-quality psychological services in speciality practice. There are currently 20 board certified psychologists in the state of Idaho. I am 1 of 3 Idaho psychologists who are board certified in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. In 2022, I was elected to the Board of Directors for the American Board of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. I also serve as Chair of the Idaho Psychological Association's membership committee. I enjoy being a clinical supervisor for the University of Kansas' Clinical Child Psychology Program (PhD) - one of a select few clinical programs in the country specializing in children, adolescents, and families.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family. I have a wonderful spouse and two amazing children. I also enjoy reading, camping, and listening to (and playing) great music.
